Fix singularity key #28

Maybe it's due to some bad settings in my playbook.

But I'm trying to set a stratum1 for singularity : https://gitlab.com/ifb-elixirfr/usegalaxy-fr/cvmfs-stratum1/-/merge_requests/1

The playbook complained because the singularity.galaxyproject.org.pub key was missing Here are the logs: https://gitlab.com/ifb-elixirfr/usegalaxy-fr/cvmfs-stratum1/-/jobs/753637095
