Add public key for singularity.galaxyproject.org repository #60

It is the same key used for galaxyproject.org, but it must be repeated because the file /etc/cvmfs/keys/galaxyproject.org/singularity.galaxyproject.org.pub needs to exist.

I'm not sure what direction we're going with this, I guess a lot of folks moved over to the config repo setup which eliminates the need to push keys in a role (fantastic!) but last I heard from @natefoo there was some discussion over whether or not that's correct to do.

Does that work when you want to use the role for setting up stratum1 servers though? This actually why I am proposing this.

Ahh stratum1 can be a different case.

Yes I simply submitted this PR because the stratum1 Freiburg server is failing due to the missing key.
