New line in urls.tsv with bioinfotools image #176

I've added a new line in urls.tsv with a Google Drive url containing a singularity image "bioinfotools_2.0.0.sif".

Hi @RafaFariasVarona you have changes many lines in this file, can you please revert this? We can not merge it like that.

It will also create you singularity containers that we are hosting for you.
