Releases are only visible within one namespace at a time in Helm 3

Problem observed in upgrade, but added to rollback as well before it becomes a problem

Coverage decreased (-0.08%) to 91.013% when pulling 53f4d5f5fd207f97451cfa804d2a7c8127f03072 on almahmoud:cm-ui into e53c1a9bcf46f53b80eece4a26dcb7ab11a95ec9 on galaxyproject:master.

Manually merged including namespace made mandatory.
