Completed tool documentation #47

Also added some information on how to contribute documentation (also for new tools). The descriptions are a bit generic, but now at least all tools are in the documentation.

Just to echo @bgruening - this totally rocks @rhpvorderman - thanks so much and it was great meeting you at the GCC! Sorry for letting this fall through the cracks after GCC and thanks for the merge @bgruening!

@bgruening Sure no problem. If I am actively using projects for our organisation that gives me the knowledge to write some documentation and an opportunity to commit back to the projects we use.
