shed-tools update does not work on release 0.8 #87

shed-tools update -a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX -g http://localhost:8080 
Must provide a tool list file, individual tools info , a list of data manager tasks or issue the update command. Look at usage.

It does not seem to work on our cluster. I will check if I can identify the root cause. Ephemeris CI testing should have covered this, so I am puzzled why this happens.
