[Feature Request] Track galaxy server locations

Not of the server but of the center managing it I guess is the important thing to show.

This came out of the small galaxy admins meeting with @lldelisle last week

[ ] add lat/lon field for servers
[ ] collect reported lat/lon fields into a geojson file, e.g. how GTN is doing it: https://github.com/galaxyproject/training-material/pull/3957/
[ ] add a map somewhere

There are some that are effectively closed, e.g.:

but I don't think anything truly private. (Though no reason not to include those!) It'd be fine to mention them, and just mention it in the quotas or comments sections
