A dead link to nginx proxy #228

A link on this thread to nginx proxy configuration is dead.

The provided link is: https://galaxyproject.org/Admin/Config/nginxProxy#SSL while the working link is: https://galaxyproject.org/admin/config/nginxProxy/#ssl

The difference is casing.

The actual link provided there is https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Config/nginxProxy#SSL so we need to fix that redirect.
