Masthead/Help suggestions

In the valuable real estate of the mast head, I noticed a lot of outdated / non-intuitive links in the HELP menu.

• [ ] Delete videos link (outdated)
• [ ] Delete interactive tours (don't think people really use this? Better to point to the 'Intro to Galaxy' materials in the GTN as part of the 'Introduction to Galaxy' link instead
• [ ] Move Introduction to Galaxy up and have it directly link to the Intro to Galaxy stuff in the GTN
• [ ] Galaxy Help --> Help, same link
• [ ] Support (kind of means help, either delete or switch to 'Asking for help' and link to blurbs as shown in image
• [ ] About, Terms, Conditions & Documentation should all be merged together. Also CoC should go there.

Maybe "Help Forum"? Just "Help" sounds like it's some in-app functionality.

I think usegalaxy.org.au has a useful page for this, agreed that's not the case for .eu / .org .

About, Terms, Conditions & Documentation should all be merged together.

I disagree here, I'd keep them separate.

Need to double-check web statistics to confirm that "Tours" isn't being used since that is the only entry-point. Likely will warrant approval of major stakeholders since effects a great deal of users and upcoming navigational changes. Cc: @martenson
