toggle states are invisible under Microsoft Windows High contrast mode #18916

related to #18914 , i played around with some of the color on some elements nearby but could not figure out what would be required

@hexylena It looks good to me in all colour schemes (I used this Chrome extension but not sure about which configuration/extension you are using) image

The galaxy theme is different in different servers I've tested (an internal one, .EU) so, can confirm it is unrelated to the active theme :)
