assert_configfile #7506

Would be nice to have an <assert_configfile> tag to check if tool parameters are correctly mapped.

Maybe one could just extend the assert_command tests on the configfile.

I started to look around a bit in the sources to see if I can do something about it. But currently I'm still lost.

I guess a good first step would be to save the config file content with a job? As far as I can see this is currently not done. Would be also useful to see this on the job info page, e.g. for generated R scripts the command line alone seems insufficient. In other cases it might not be useful...?
