Tutorial Idea: Using GitHub #4

This tutorial would be very useful for the User/Data hack group for participants who may have never used/been on GitHub before. Potential things to cover:

Where is the Galaxy code on GitHub?
Making a new branch
Best practices for submitting a PR
Creating an issue

Open to other ideas as well. This is just a starting list.

I would start with just explaining what a PR is, to get the mindset. Best practices might be a bit overwhelming
