Update bash hacking to add Minicond3 instead of Miniconda2 to the path - use planemo to fetch it.
Add symbolic links to Galaxy logs to the Desktop.
Cleanup some codebox junk that wasn't deleted properly previously.
But also extend testing so that these recipes get tested at least a bit in Docker and fix the VM planemo-machine by updating to the latest ansible-galaxy-extras.
