[ ] Move Galaxy to /galaxy and add a planemo-machine landing page.
[ ] Include CWL tool as part of the VM.
[ ] Add option to run a stripped down rabbix VM on the machine.
[ ] Add option to add links to CWL documentation and examples to the Desktop.
[ ] Build and distribute (VM, docker interactive, docker server) a variant that:
- [ ] Run CWL Galaxy instead of Galaxy
- [ ] Enables rabbix (includes https://github.com/rabix/cottontail)
