Kitematic has been replaced by Docker Toolbox, documentation and screenshots at https://planemo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/appliance.html#launching-the-appliance-docker need to be updated accordingly.

Still not available for Linux :frowning_face: - but I have caved and have a Mac now so I should be able to do this. I'll get this done before the GCC - thanks @nsoranzo!
