data_manager_metaphlan2 tries to locate: biobakery-metaphlan2-c43e40a443ed/db_v20 in the downloaded: https://bitbucket.org/biobakery/metaphlan2/get/2.6.0.tar.gz That does not exist in the download and the data_manager fails.
It appears that https://bitbucket.org/biobakery/metaphlan2/ may have reconfigured downloads.
Any suggestions on how to manually install the loc_data for metaphlan2

The conda package has been updated few months ago to manage that (hopefully). We need now to update the wrapper and the data manager
