Missing multi-tool-container for some IUC tool dependencies #3446

The recently update anndata tools from this repo https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=315a7a758263d4f4 are missing a built multi-tool container:

is this related to some CI being off in planemo monitor or mayb how the version of the tools is being resolved in the macro for that tool that might be breaking the CI? Thanks!
