Trinotate running Error #3654

The error that occurred during the download of pfam2go database Running CMD: wget “ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/external2go/pfam2go ” –2021-04-27 05:21:06-- ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/external2go/pfam2go => ‘pfam2go’ Resolving ftp.geneontology.org (ftp.geneontology.org )… 171.67.205.83 Connecting to ftp.geneontology.org (ftp.geneontology.org )|171.67.205.83|:21… failed: Connection timed out. Retrying.

Gene Ontology database retired several legacy services back in March, including FTP, now it is only possible via this link http://geneontology.org/external2go/pfam2go

Is it possible to update the code ?

Seems to be solvable by upgrading to the latest version. Lets see if this works: https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/27799

Still, it is an older version of trinotate (Galaxy Version 3.2.1)
