Functionality of MultiQC does not correspond to the stated version #4527

Hello! I see that the current version of MultiQC provided by IUC in Galaxy Toolshed is 1.11. According to MultiQC release data, support for inputs from the Kraken metagenomic classification tool was introduced already in MultiQC v1.9. However, neither in usegalaxy.eu, nor in any other Galaxy instance with a recent version of MultiQC (v1.9 or later) the tool supports inputs from Kraken (no option for Kraken in the drop-down menu when setting up a MultiQC analysis in Galaxy).

Why the functionality of MultiQC in Galaxy does not match the functionality of the corresponding version of a stand-alone MultiQC installation?
