Templates for the scheme #126

Hi,

It is nice also to have some scheme to sum up the pipeline used during the tutorial, like flowcharts

I thought to use yED to easily build scheme.

What do you think?

I tried two pipeline scheme (Grey is for subpart):

yep, definitely the first one. with less harsher colors ;) (Galaxy green? blue?)

very nice, I like the alternating colors a lot Is there a way to change the font? (although this looks a lot like Galaxy's font)

Nice! What about using boxes instead of bubbles?

With "NotoSans" Font (found on the css for the slides)
