I started with the first step but I found that the ENCODE file (C2C12 RNA-Seq BAM), which I was supposed to work with was not in the list. I checked the tutorial feedbacks and I noticed that this complaint is a recurring one.

When I tried to register on GenomeSpace, genomespace.org I saw a notice that the site has been shutdown:
I also noticed that the last modification was done in 2019, can an update be done to it by the professionals?
