Moved FAQ (How to create an account on a public Galaxy instance) to galaxy

Thank you @bernandez. I'd say that there are several FAQs in the same file, shouldn't those be divided into different ones? Also, these are related to Galaxy so you may need to change the folder where you put it. @shiltemann @hexylena please correct me if that's wrong :)

2. yep, should be in faqs/galaxy/
3. please add jennaj as a contributor to these
4. maybe retitle "on UseGalaxy.org" instead of Galaxy Main since that terminology isn't always clear for new users.

and maybe also set the area to UseGalaxy.org, since the instructions are very specific to a single server.

Thanks, @bernandez. One suggestion: what about making it generic so that it could be useful for any server (not just UseGalaxy.org)? It may not change that much from server to server (I hope).

And a question: Do you think that we could somehow reorder the items and get clear steps out of those bullet points? Something like:

1. Choose your server from the available Galaxy platforms.
2. Click on "Login or Register" in the masthead.
3. ...

Hi @beatrizserrano I think making it generic will be a great idea since the steps in creating an account on the servers are not that different. Then numbering it will be good because it will serve as a step by step guide to users.

In https://github.com/galaxyproject/training-material/pull/3315 there is an area being made labeled 'account', which I think would fit here too.

I wasn't expecting this FAQ to be moved to GTN, but I think that is fine. I rearranged the content since it was so outdated.
