When going through this tutorial there were a few issues that stuck out. These have also been highlighted by others in the feedback at the end of the tutorial but I thought I'd open an issue here for more visibility.
The picture of the Jupyter UI in the "What is Jupyter" section is different from the current UI. The picture also has Python 2 as the selected language when Python 3 is more current.
In the next section, "Use Jupyter notebook in Galaxy", to open a new Jupyter notebook the tutorial says to either use the visualise tab in the upper Galaxy menu, or to use the visualisation button on a saved dataset (which also opens the visualise tab). Neither of these options currently work as Jupyter is no longer in the visualise tab. It now seems to only be openable from the tools menu under "Interactive tools".
The last issue is that the green "save to history" button as shown in the picture in the "Save the Notebook in your history" section is no longer in the current Jupyter UI.
