Not sure if/how we can change the interface to Galaxy (it defaults to CLI).

Can/want we to add a link to https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLbVDKwGpb3XmvnTrU40zHRT7NZWWVNUpt (see https://docs.qiime2.org/2024.2/jupyter-book-tutorials/)
