based on discussion with @nekrut and @shiltemann (and a feature for @nomadscientist)

relabels homepage sections
reorg the introduction section to be a bit clearer about where folks should start
retitle "101s", an americanism (thanks @shiltemann)
include galaxy data manipulation olympics in the data science with the other 3, and re-order them for applicability.

tracking

tracks 404 pages
new button to say "I completed the tutorial" that is very low-friction, per @nomadscientist's request to track that metric in a better way.

todo:

[ ] handle plausible opt-out/disabled case better.
