Add RepeatModeler to Galaxy public server? #390

Hi there,

I'm interested in using RepeatModeler, which is already in the Tool Shed. Admin is required to load it into Galaxy, and the instance I'm using is Galaxy Europe (although any public server would do).

Thanks! I also got some feedback from others on Galaxy: #3829 & #3845. Sorry for cross-posting, but I wasn't sure where to post the request at the time.
