@astrovsky01 I assume these may need some special destinations or parameters? What's the expected requirements?

@natefoo has it set up on test and mentioned he was going to set up the configs for the main deployment. The configs I am aware of are here: https://github.com/sokrypton/ColabFold/wiki/Running-ColabFold-in-Docker

Yes this is already configured in TPV, it'll just need a minor change for the full tool shed ID.
