@mvdbeek: Odd. microsatbed is there on .org, but the other part of this merged PR - bigwig_outlier_bed - seems to be AWOL?

In the filter and sort yml, and the other tool there is being correctly loaded.

Needed for the most recent VGP curation workflow, if you can find time to take a look please?

Isn't it https://usegalaxy.org/root?tool_id=toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/microsatbed/microsatbed/1.3.2+galaxy1 ? If you want to search for tools by id use tool_id:microsatbed. I would have maybe named the tool microsatbed as well if you think this is what one would search for ?

eh, don't know how I got that confused. bigwig_outlier_bed should be installed in https://github.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-tools/pull/827, it was in a failed cloning state.

Confusion is easy when I try to shoehorn two separate things into one - will try to do things one at a time to keep things easier for me and everyone else... That worked - thanks!
