Request: Increase memory allocation for bakta 1.9.4+galaxy0 at ORG #853

Current resources at ORG native_specification | --nodes=1 --ntasks=1 --mem=3789 --time=36:00:00 --partition=normal

@bebatut reports this the allocation at other public servers

On usegalaxy.fr, it works with 20 cores and 30GB memory, and on usegalaxy.eu with 8 cores and 24GB memory.

I have configured it with 8 cores and 28 GB of memory.
