Maxquant running on Pulsar node. #671

Hi GalaxyP, Is it possible to include the following code (see below) in the maxquant wrapper, so the maxquant can run on the pulsar node without error. I received the missing file error when running the maxquant on the Pulsar node. Then, the error went away after adding the codes to the maxquant wrapper. I also updated the maxquant version to 2.0.3.0 and included the donet in the macros.xml in my custom maxquant wrapper. Without the dotnet package, the maxquant can't run on the remote pulsar node.
