OpenMS MSFragger has excessively long description #713

Which section are you referring too? You can use the tool help for important notes.

I am referring to line 6 to line 15 which is a section of the license agreement. A Galaxy Australia just spotted the long description appeared on the tool panel, so I am curious if there is a way to improve the user experience. I thought about it moving the long description to the "help" in line 73 (the license parameter).

Yeah. This is a bug of the automatic tool generation .. I thought I already fixed it

Would it help to just update this single tool, without bumping tool version?
