Fix QuPath ROI Splitter #717

I accidentally included a bug in the Galaxy version that has already been fixed.

slightly offtopic, but since I'm working on slides currently ... do you know that we can run Desktop applications in Galaxy ... https://galaxyproject.org/news/2023-05-21-fair-ease-euro-science-gateway/ would that be interesting for QuPath?

Tests are unfortunately failing.

Yes, definitely, so does it run in a VM? Does the VM have GPU(s)?

It's a docker container with a remote desktop included and GPU. Then the desktop is exposed via http to your browser like a web app. You can try them out know... We have a few of those. The task would be to create a standalone docker container with remote desktop.
