Add bio.tools for peptideshaker #749

Hi all,

This PR links the tools to its bio.tools entry: https://bio.tools/peptideshaker It will be useful to get EDAM ontology annotations

I am not sure how to fix the last linting error in tools/peptideshaker/peptide_shaker.xml

.. ERROR: Data parameter [searchgui_input] filter needs to define a ref attribute
.. ERROR: Data parameter [searchgui_input] for filters only type="data_meta" is allowed, found type="add_value"
