Dev mode BROKEN #70

fix ASAP, add sample .env file and ipfscontext file too!

npm install and npm start is not working.

When I try to start dev server, no errors pop up or anything. It seems like everything launches correctly but browser page/address is a blank white screen

added .env/ dev mode fixed on my machine now
