Numbers shall be rendered with bigger fonts. Modified values caused by some buff/debuff shall be rendered in green/red or other effect.

In Duel of Champions game (http://www.duelofchampions.com/), cards actually have 3 different layouts:

Hand: Requirements, Attack/Retaliation/HP; no card description;
Battlefield: Attack/Retaliation/HP; no requirements, no card description;
Zoom-in view: Requirements, Attack/Retaliation/HP, card description. All values are displayed as layered on top of the 3D card entity.

In Magic the Gathering, Power/Toughness are displayed as a 2D box at the bottom-right corner of the card.
