This framework evaluates promising:

ActionScript is supported by an byte code interpreting engine;
Basic key-framed transformation animation is supported;
Key-framed color animation is partially supported (transparency only for now);
Exemplified loading/unloading/rendering/updating/interacting with input in its sample project.

Overall it should meet our requirement but with a little bit further improvement.
