Add new artwork & card resource for new behaviors #59

Since new behaviors are created, new cards with corresponding artworks should be added.

Please hold on adding new artwork resources. Since they are big files and always persist in the revision history even after they are deleted, we need to find other way to do that or we end up with pulling our code in hours.

All right. New Cards will be added with no image
