Main idea is like that:
http://webservicex.net/ws/WSDetails.aspx?CATID=2&WSID=9

This web service tester should be integrated into Staff as RESTful web service 
and should be available from axis2/services list page.

Should be written on C++/HTML/AJAX.

Strongly wanna to run it without any extern web server.

You can use SoapUI to test you webservices as soon as you have a wsdl file.

Sure, we're using SoapUI. But this will be not bad to have this feature without 
installing some additional software.
