Notification bar problem, itens/notifications doesn't show #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use phone normally during the day
2. After some time using the phone, when you open the notification bar, it 
doesn't show the items/notifications.
3. Close and open it a lot of times, the items/notifications reappear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

While using the phone, when you open the notification bar, it shows the icons 
and events properly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CyanogenMod 9 RC2.

Please provide any additional information below.

Galaxy Ace S5830.

I got the same issue on both Galaxy Ace CM9RC2 and Xperia Mini Pro CM9.1, 
should be an upstream issue on the notification process...

Its a bug of all cm9 at all devices.
