[9.1 RC3] music playback occassionally stutters #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play music using any player, in my case n7player

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Music stutters occassionally. Approximately every 45 seconds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM9.1 RC3

tta you using a2sd? if this problem and ussa Link2SD and better and not lock 
the phone or the music

I am using neither.
The music files are stored on an external Class 10 SDcard. No playback issues 
with stock ROMs.
I tried to provoke it by enforcing high I/O and CPU load but that does not
look like the trigger to me.
