After pressing the wifi button wifi is "on" but nothing happens #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
--> Settings -> Wifi -> on

What is the expected output? 
--> There should appear a window that shows me the available wifi networks.

What do you see instead?
--> Nothing. Wifi is set to "on" but nothing appears.

What version of the product are you using?
--> CM9.1 RC4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
--> Steps, how I flashed the ROM:
1. installed CWM 5 with Gingerbread (stock 2.3.6)
2. full wipe / factory reset
3. installed CM9.1 RC4.1 with CWM 5
4. full wipe / factory reset

Edit: Step 2 and 4 is: "wipe data/factory reset"

SORRY!! Please delete my post. Wifi works. I had to push on "WLAN" after 
activating it. 
On Gingerbread I only had to activate it and a window appeared, so I thought it 
doesn't work on CM9.1.
