Stock Gallery not syncing Picasa/Google Photo web albums #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open stock Gallery app
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gallery with Picasa/Google Photo web albums.
I can see only local content (downloaded, bluetooth, camera, screenshots).
Gallery app's missing configuration options.

What version of the product are you using?
CM9.1 Android 4.0.4 RC4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Clean rom without any additional GAPPS packages.
