Increased Selenium to 3.14.0 to get Java 11 support #595

Increased Selenium to 3.14.0 to get bytebuddy 1.18.5 and Java 11 support. Fixed some failing tests.

Thanks! I will merge it later as I am currently busy with preparing the release-2.4. I will not make a minor release of 2.3 but instead will release it in 2.4 version.
