Add multi-architecture build #14

Would be nice to build for ARM as well, to run galette in RPI.

V1.0.2 built automatically for x64, arm64 and arm/v7. As long as the action works, all future releases will also be released for these architectures. https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/galette/galette/tags
