Upgrade js-kit and react-kit dependencies to latest versions #22

Upgrade all the dependencies of js-kit and react-kit to latest the latest versions (babel, eslint, puppeteer, jest, styled-components, react-scripts and more). This is a major change for these packages, and we will upgrade cofi to major version 3.
