Better box shadow in IRTES Beamer theme #18

In the Beamer theme of IRTES, the shadows of the boxes go from sark gray to white. Unfortunatelly, when the box is located at the bottom of a slide, the background is gray. So that the shading to white is clearly visible.

This issue is related to the Beamer implementation.
