\chapterintro should support end-of-file or other macros.

The current implementation of \chapterintro searchs for the next \section and consider that all the characters between the \chapterintro and \section macros are the chapter introduction.

Since the content of the chapter may be in a separate file that is included, the \chapterintro should detect the chapter introduction with additional macros:

• \input
• \include
• End-Of-File

The following macros are now available:

• \chapterintro* transforms to lettrine the first letter that is following this macro.
• \chapterintro transforms to lettrine the first letter that is following this macro, AND puts a minitoc (if the minitoc package is included) just before the next following \section macro. You must type the \section macro in the same file as the \chapterintro macro.
• \chapterintrotosection transforms to lettrine the first letter that is following this macro, AND puts a minitoc (if the minitoc package is included) just before the next following \section macro. You must type the \section macro in the same file as the \chapterintrotosection macro.
• \chapterintrotoinput transforms to lettrine the first letter that is following this macro, AND puts a minitoc (if the minitoc package is included) just before the next following \input macro. You must type the \input macro in the same file as the \chapterintrotoinput macro.
• \chapterintrotoinclude transforms to lettrine the first letter that is following this macro, AND puts a minitoc (if the minitoc package is included) just before the next following \include macro. You must type the \include macro in the same file as the \chapterintrotoinclude macro.
