lower case metadata keys #71

It might be a simple fix for #70 after all (983f09b985c1184542e04d5e7e8b9e1923040949).

Wanna try this fix and let me know if that fixes it? @alexhuth

This fixes the issue for me! Confirmed working on a version of boto3 that would cause the issue otherwise. Please merge!
