H3ABioNet made an absolutely fantastic guide here which covers a lot more of the organisational aspects of workshops. We should definitely still do this and build templates for our digital events and then point to their work for in-person events

They include a lot of templates we can look at for inspiration but I think we have a lot of our own that are specifically focused on digital-only events which works well for us.
With the video library + https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/teaching/tutorials/running-workshop/tutorial.html, but ok we moved in a slightly different direction due to covid, away from in-person workshops to make online events easier to (re-)run
After the success of Smörgåsbord and GAT, and the upcoming success of the Plant Transcriptomics workshop, it's clear we need to make this workshop template more reusable. Here we'll collect everything that we need
