[x] Save to DB
[x] Sub Commands View/Set/Remove/Save-timezone
[x] Small input chain - Minimum of 2 Inputs to set a reminder event and time
[x] TimeZones - Get users Timezone offset by asking for Local Time and Date
[x] repeat options - "daily", "weekly", "yearly", "monthly*"

*Monthly option can only be used if the desired Day is less than the 28th

Make Sure your systems clock is set correctly

Bugs Found/Notes

~~(Bug) Daily repeat option with time set 00:00 won't increment day when triggered~~ (compares current time to desired time then adjust to next day if that time has passed when no date option used in input )
~~(Bug) Users timezone offset conversion only works when the host's timezone offset number is positive~~
(Noted) When running the postgres DB locally that has data in it, then changing system time/date/timezone afterwards can be a headache to resolve (AKA a bad time :D)
